They'll probably just update the models and mechanics and maybe add DLSS/FSR support.

A proper remake like Mafia Definitive Edition would be great, let's see if they do that or develop a remaster & name it remake like Ubisoft.

Just check Prince of Persia "remake" trailer by ubisoft. I mean Rockstar has made a $5 subscription service for GTA O, that doesn't even give decent benefits, so you never know.
