Title says it all. Please share your experience with VPS or shared hosting accounts you are using.

I need a reliable web host to run a few sites, none of which will have a lot of traffic, but needs to be responsive. I will also be hosting more sites on the account in coming months.

Responsive? Can you explain? Do you mean a responsive theme or a responsive site? Also are you using a CMS or ? What platform? No.of sites you might be hosting? If there is some down time is it ok?

I am with buyvm.net/ for the past 1-2 years. They have given me zero problems. Highly recommended!
They provide unmanaged servers. If by responsive you mean, active people who solve problems fast. Then yes they are, I think. Never had a problem, so can't say for sure.
