Vu 43" 4K is my general top recommendation because I heard its after sales is better compared to other small brands. I think it has ARC& not eARC, so keep that in mind.

Great deal under 22k:

For eARC or if you live in a small town/city with no Vu service centre nearby, just get the Samsung 43" 4K for 30k.

I am not sure if you will get much better picture quality with Samsung or LG as those have more overhead costs, hence higher price vs Vu. But higher end TVs of Samsung & LG are clearly far superior to whatever Vu or Xiaomi might have as their flagship.

Android TV vs Tizen of Samsung isn't a big difference for most normal users. If you plan to tinker around, android is surely better.

Try to avoid android tv running on Google android OS. The os is crap and not optimised. If possible try to see demo of tv in croma or any place.
