Support for Data cards like Huawei thru USB a must.Hence 3g sim slot mandatory. 1 TB HDD with 4 GB Ram is required.

1.laptops usually come with usb ports not sim slots which are found in tablets.
2."light weight" is a relative term.no 14" laptop comes under 1.9kg i believe.
3.in budget category(read less than 50k) it is either 11.6" or 14" no in-between.13" screen comes only for ultrabooks costing 50k & above.
4.no 11.6" model comes with 1tb hdd(unless there is an option to upgrade it just like ram which again i think is rare in my experience).

check out 11.6" models from asus(preferred) & lenovo on flipkart.any core i model should be more than enough for mentioned tasks.
