Get any laptop with i5 8th/10th gen or R5 3500U, 8GB RAM & SSD that you find. 50k laptops are in demand so laptops with these specs go out of stock fast, especially AMD ones as its cheaper.

Also keep in mind the screen type: Most laptops come with TN panel which means poor viewing angles. IPS panel screen laptops are rare in this price range excluding gaming laptops which all come with IPS screen btw. Check out asus latest vivobook 2020 models as they seems to have IPS screen(the model linked above(vivobook X412DA) has below avg screen even for TN panel as per many reviews/comments). Also check out asus zenbook series which has probably the best build quality & screen among laptops in similar price range.
