I have been looking at

Also which laptops come under international warranty ? I travel to other countries frequently.

If you are getting so4 in 50k go for it.
Z500 has less powerful gpu but a backlit keyboard and so4 has a good gpu.

I am more tilted towards Z500 becoz of backlit keyboard.S04IN looks good in this price but No backlit keyboard

1.Will the z500 able to run all 2012 released games?
2.Only thing I am worried about is international warranty.
3.Also the SO4IN is FHD or HD ?

None of them provide international warranty. Both will be able to games released in 2012 at mid settings. You can go with z500

Ok thanks for making the effort.

Also are there any other laptops in this range better than the two I have considered ?

I do not really think that there are many options coz you are under budget for a gaming laptop. If you want dell you can also check out inspiron 14r se, which is a 14" laptop. Or else get the one you like as simple as that.

Just saw this today and it looks awesome. I was wondering about it's price but then at 49k it's simply great.

^^Its a great option indeed, bought it yesterday for my dad...However its not fully launched, and we had to make numerous calls at Regional Sales level to source it.Also the mentioned price is the price at which dealer gets it..You may be quoted 1-2 grands higher.
About the performance, since my father had to leave for official tour last evening,I had the laptop only for a few hours with me.The best part I liked was its audio,I could not see any branding on the laptop, but it sounded genuinely nice.I also played Far Cry 3 on it for about 1 hr,and it gave an average 35fps in High Settings(CoolSense ON/Performance PowerMode)...Max Temp for CPU was 72 degrees, and the fan was barely audible.

NVIDIA GeForce GT 730M - NotebookCheck.net Tech

NVIDIA GeForce GT 645M - NotebookCheck.net Tech

GT 730m is almost equivalent to GT 645m,only slight negligible difference.

So the HP model basically has 2gb more ram and 1080p webcam.

Can i consider it as not a deal breaker compared to lenovo Z500.Am I analyzing it right ?
