I need to get a new laptop for my cousin. Budget is 40k. Required features are 14" screen, i3 processor, 3GB RAM or more, 250GB+ HDD, DVD writer, Windows 7 Home Premium. Webcam and Wifi connectivity are not essential but preferred.
I find Dell Inspiron 14R customisable to this specification for 35.9k... Also, Lenovo has a model ideapad Z460 which has all required except OS is FreeDOS. It has price 33.8k.
Which option is better?
