Sadly Windows laptop options are not good, not like there are no efficient CPUs, but manufacturers choose to stick with Intel. Also, considering 80k is too high of a price for a non-gaming laptop, India just doesn't get many options.

This is decent with the major con being RAM, 16GB RAM is not enough. I run out of 16GB RAM on my office MacBook Pro easily with just email, Teams, Slacks & Office suit apps (Excel, PPT). Macs have the same con of RAM with an inferior OS (for me at least). Win11 is not good but macOS is worse interms of usability for me.

Can configure this with 32GB RAM & higher capacity battery:

Core ultra CPUs are more efficient than older Intel 13th, 14th gen CPUs.

Yes even i agree to your 1st point.I was thinking of going for a Macbook Air M3 with 16GB of RAM.
but decided against it as it is almost the double the price of what Windows Laptops are.
Also in terms of Softwares Mac doesn't satisfy me that much
