Laptop configuaration budget 25k - 30k

I need a laptop of brand Dell or HP.

The main basic configuration I need are :

1)Processor = i3 processor 2nd or 1st generation with speed of above 2.23 ghz
2)Ram = 4gb ddr3
3)HDD = 500gb
4)Display = LED or LCD with 14 inch or 15 inch.
5)Graphics = Intel HD or any other is not a problem.

other common things : bluetooth, camera , wifi etc.

Budget is between 25k - 30k

Thanks @acewin but I need laptop from hp or dell brands only. I liked asus configuration but I am interested in dell or hp laptops.

I will not recommend HP i that price range, they give a feeling of cheap build, any how its your call, you can always look up products and do a market research of product, flipart is a way to check the prices
