Know Internet marketing ? to an Indian audience ?

I want to promote my website: Track Flipkart product prices. Fallinprices.com

Whenever I post about me site on any desi forum I get a very good response from people, which suggests that the site might do well if promoted properly. But how ?
I tried adwords - but results were.. 'inconclusive' . I am not sure how much impact it had. I want to try some other ways of getting the word out about my website..
Anybody here has any idea about internet marketing ? I don't have a deep budget, but can spend 40-50$ / month for a few months for its promotion.

Try contacting various Indian blogs for ads, as well as try for some small magazine publications.
