Confusingly Confused!
hi all, my vx550 was acting wierd lately but it was not fully gone "kaput", took my PSU to kaizen infoservice today and they checked the bill and serial number and after 10 minutes they provided me a sealed brand new RM550 no questions asked.
Real thumbs up to kaizen, when will other service centers provide this kind of service.
