If you are not concerned about price then absolutely go for it. I bought my 3 from eBay, with seller warranty, which is practically no warranty to me, as seller might die any minute. However I knew that and didn't care about warranty at first place.

Just look at power rated sellers, I bought mine from a seller called shabbeerhf1, he's a very good seller and more importantly a good communicator. There's also another seller as sneha_byas (I might be misspelling), two of my clients bought S5 (G900F) from this guy, another good seller. Just don't buy from anyone and repent later endlessly, that's all.

And about the phone, I guess you already know that, it's in a completely different league, and there is NOTHING out there which can come near it, let alone compete and all that crap. But at that price I personally won't get one, but as I said I am sure you know what you're doing.

PS: Just don't get mislead by all the anti-Samsung messages you see.

I don't understand what the topic is trying to convey. is it right to buy from ebay.in. i mean if there is a difference like 5k I don't think I would ever suggest you to buy from ebay since if you can spend 50k so you can spend a little more to get warranty.Buy it from India is what I suggest.

~₹56k.

If he buys from eBay, and with coupon being applied price will be somewhere around 46.5k, so he will be able to save around 9.5k. Now if he really cares for warranty he should spend that extra amount and have peace of mind. One more thing, even if he gets the eBay non warrantied version he can still go to Samsung SC and ask for service, the only difference will be that he'd have to pay for that service rather than free for a manufacturer warrantied device.

This is my 31st phone (not Note 4, lol) and I had to visit SC twice in past 10 years (S2 and Note 2), and both times because of my own toying with a phone, you know I tried my best to crap up the phones, so I don't care about warranty anyway, because of this reason, and the one in the above paragraph.

Note 4 is overpriced, every phone is at launch. Now does it wise to spend 47k for it, or 56k? For my idiotic brain the former seems to be the case.

 talk about worst case scenario...
As a buyer you should always be prepared for the worst case scenario. But as I said, this seller is good (along with few others), and he could be trusted. A member with that much positive feedback (not all feedback can be bought) and a member for over 10 years, well, not bad.

56K? :( what have we come upto? I thought only Apple priced their phone so high!

Even Nexus 6 is expensive for what it is!
