hey guys

my system was working fine till yesterday when i did something with my system settings which i don remmember . now even after repeatdly installin windows xp . I am getting an error message saying IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_LESS some crap in ugly BLUE screen . please help solve this problem . i tried everything from removing my video card to cleaning my processor fan. Below is my system configuration . and i Have two seagate hard drives .

i just cant get it . but once i got a BSOD saying that there is some problem with win2k.sys the other time it was IRQL_NOT_LESS etc then it was something abt page file dump.

Every BSOD has an error code on it. If you could provide the error code, we can help you.

in it ... go to
Hardware Resources -> Conflicts & Sharing

does it show any IRQ conflict there ??
anything related to IRQs in that info panel

Okay Guys,
I am suffering froma similar IRQL not less or equal problem and reinstalled XP . Now i face difficulties in starting windows first time after i shut it down for a long time . Win explorer doesnt open at first attempt . NAV and NInternet security tells me there is some corruption and theywont work in my PC .
I followed ur trouble shoot guideline and get the above screen . I understand nothing from them . Please explain what they meant , Are they mean some fothcoming problem. Help me solve it.

Problem

hey guys

after continously fiddling around with my systm by changing the hard disk , ram and processor and removingall the add-on cards . finally i have sorted out the problem. the problem seems to be in the motherboard . some component in the motherboard seems to be a faulty one . so i gave it for chip level servicing . so any hardware geeks out here can anyone tell me what could be the problemin motherboard

the same problem with another one

I'm getting the same IRQl_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Blue screen. I have an Intel 815EE Motherboard with a P-III 700 MHz processor. So, I formatted the system and tried reinstalling XP. But the screen appears after 17% of installation.

Similarly, I get another error while I reinstalling again XP. This time the error was, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. The error code is:

0x00000050 (0xC4505804,0x00000000,0x807F0773,0x00000000)

Now I can't even boot into my system for installation! Help plz..
