Internety explorer opens randomly with advertising webpages

I dont know when and how this started, but when I came back to my hometown, I noticed these annoying websites open trandomly in IE which I dont even use anymore.. I have performed proper virus scan and spyware scan with trend micro pccillin and spybot respectively.. here`s the hijack this report..hoping someone will help soon.

hi yash ! it appears that ur pc has been infected with a worm (cool.exe known as W32.HLLW.Donk.B ) , a trojan ismini.exe, amongst some other more malware infections.

first update ur pcllin. reboot in SAFE MODE and perform a full indepth scan of ur pc.

additionally do the following :

1) download ccleaner from www.ccleaner.co and clear all ur pc junk with it.

2) also instal, update, and scan ur pc in SAFE MODE with Adaware www.lavasoft.de AND a-aquared anti-malware www.emsisoft.com .

Thanks anandk I tried the update feature integrated into trend micro pc-cillin but it was unable to connect to the internet..said I should check my proxy settings but I`m not using a proxy, I have a bsnl dataone broadband using dlink modem directly connected to my pc. so I downloaded its updated file, and put it into the pc-cillin folder and restarted pc-cillin like the instructions said. but still, windows keeps notifying me that it might be out of date.

I also updated spybot s&d and scaned. I installed prevx1 today, the trial, and am scanning my system now and will post the hijack this file then.
