:( Hey geeks,

I am noticing a rivalry problem between two dial-up software in my PC. It seems they can't co-exist. I use Reliance mobile time-based Internet connection for heavy downloads and Tata's data-based Internet connection for leisurly browsing (both are equally dead-slow and undependable). At least once in a month, Tata's Qualcomm modem is killed (disappears without a trace!) and replaced by Reliance LG modem in its place. So the connection doesn't work. Normally, when I uninstall and reinstall the entire Tata dialer, the problem is solved. However, this time, this did not work. I am not able to re-install Tata dialer program at all. I get the message: " It seems you have not restarted the computer. Please restart." Restarting again and again doesn't help. What should I do? Can any one help?

the best thing is to uninstall both dialers.then make connection from network wizard for ur dialup.it is located in control panel.make ur each connections with the particular modem connected and other disconnected.thus,if ur using tata,u switch off the reliance modem and vice versa.hope it helps.
