Dell has best warranty scenario, if you are moving from one country to another, warranty transfer works. For true international support, you need their Premium or Premium plus warranty.
Asus claims to have international warranty, although confirm with them once.
Acer provides international traveller's warranty in India but not in their US lineup, last I checked.
HP & Lenovo has some international support, ask their customer care & forums (their official forums).
MSI has no international support & their support had a lot of bad experiences recently, so avoid it, even though it has some good laptops.
Gigabyte has some international support, but no presence in countries like India for laptops.
Razer has no international support, last I checked.
