i want to install fedora core 7 on my laptop runnin vista... can someone please help me around on how to get things done cause i have no knowledge abt linux....

i assume ur from kerala. 
now go to any nearby LUG(Linux User Group) for help.
Ofcourse,u can dual-boot vista and Linux.the only thing is,u may free a 6GB for Linux and 400MB for Swap partition.installation is easy with distros like ubuntu

if u can install vista,u can sure install Linux distros like Ubuntu,mepis or Fedora.
