Image blurring is a common day issue in most of the 3D TV’s I have seen. Just kills the whole anticipation of watching 3D. Isn’t that right?

Hi tanejaprithvi11, LG WRman Greg here,

I don't know the exact nature of your 3D TV's problem but what you are describing seems to be either image retention or crosstalk. If it is image retention, there is a number of 'tricks' that you can use to avoid this issue:

- If you use the TV for a lot of gaming, switch the game back to a normal channel every hour or so to let the possible image rention wash away. When the TV is new, this stuff happends quite often though most smart TVs nowadays have less problem.

- After watching the same program for too long, switch to another channel for a while.

- Avoid leaving the TV screen on pause.

If it is crosstalk, it is usually the active 3D TVs that have this problem due to the kind of technology and method that they use to create the 3D effect.

If you have any more questions feel free to ask or check out the official site for more info at 3D TVs: Discover 3D Televisions | LG India.
