How to forward ports in bsnl fibernet 100C router?

In the zone
I need to setup a home web server with video streaming

That I need to open ports in my BSNL fibre net router

I am using Aont 100c router
.
I forwarded ports 70-90 to my computer ip address got via ipconfig

And I checked via yougetsignal site whether ports are opened or not

My ports are still closed .

Why ? Please help me

If using IPV4, most ISPs give a singular public IP shared with multiple customers. Thats why they all their ports are closed.
If its IPV4 + Static IP, you will have more chance.
If its IPV6, you will have best chance.

Use ssh tunnelling which kind of mitigates issues but u depend on a web server to forward ur traffic
