How to find Duplicate Files???

hi everybody

i need a tool to find duplicate files on my comp (for selective folders only).
files are scattered in many folders and are of various types (docs, web pages, mp3 etc.)

when i googled for this .... i found so many tools and got confused to select one

please give me some info abt some reliable tools .... and if possible download links

i also found that there are many techniques to find duplicate files ... can somebody give me info or tips abt them??

Use System mechanic pro edition. It has all the tools for system optimization. Duplicate files scanner is also available. But use it carefully.
