How to check faulty RAM

I have got 2 Kingston DDR 512MB RAM installed in my system, running as dual channel. I think one (or both) of them might be a bit faulty.

So, what can be the best way to ascertain whether any of them is actually faulty or not. And, if any one of them is faulty, then how do I get to know the exact one which might be the faulty one.

I was getting some kind of problem with the *www.memtest86.com/ on my AMD64 machine.

Thats why had to use the one available at *www.memtest.org/ and it was working for my 64 bit machine.
