How is the corsair rm1000x psu?

Hi everyone. I am thinking of buying the corsair rm1000x psu for my desktop. need advice about the quality of the same, as it has been quite some time since I had purchased a corsair psu.

It is a good psu but also quite overkill for a typical pc configuration.

Completely agree, but currently the RM750x or the RM85x seem to be priced nearly same / higher than the RM1000x, hence I was wondering if it would be a good deal to get the RM1000x for about 1000 rs cheaper.

If that's the case & you have the budget then it's fine.You can save ~2k though by getting TX650M(it will be enough for your current system in sig plus any future rig with 1080 or equivalent card+typical hexa/8 core processor with mild OC).
