How do I access different sessions on a multi-session CD

my friend gave me a multisession cd-r .he burned mp3 songs onto the disc
in 3 different sessions
im able to access the last session only which is only 15 mb
i m not able to access the rest 685 mb on my cd player or on the pc
i am using iso buster to access the files of previous sessions
is there someway in which i can access the other sessions easily
is there someway in which i can combine the sessions so that i can play it
on a pc without using isobuster
& if there is someway i would like to play the cd in my cd player also

if u r using win 98 u r lucky...... insert the cd and right click on the cd drive click on properties there u should find a option to view ur previous sessions.
