Hiden & Dangeraous Delux_mission 3 of campain 2

I am unable to play the 3rd mission of 2nd campain in this game H&DD. When I am trying to move the boat they are firing me(us) and after some time our boat get explode. Any one who had played that game can suggest some trick about how to play there.

Play with all the 4 players. Put one in front of the boat, one driver, and the other two who were siting at the back pick them up. place them at the side of the boat so that they could see the entire side. start ur boat and never stop it untill it reaches the bank.

I tried o do that. But mission unsuccessful. The two, standing near the tank able to shoot and the boat blasts near the river bank where should I land.
