Hi Friends,

Please help me with best config and price for stock trading, with 4 monitors (will buy 2 for now)

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Share market trading, multiple browser tabs and share market applications

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
80K

3. Planning to overclock?
No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Win 10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
480GB (Already have)

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.

2 monitors for now (overall 4 required) 21-24 inches FHD

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
SSD

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
After this lockdown is over

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Built before

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Chennai, buying locally

11. Anything else which you would like to say?

Best Quality components preferred. Future Proof

Buy Online ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PLUS AMD X570 ATX Gaming Motherboard - in India 17500 but I am not sure about availability in Chennai as theitdepot site is showing it out of stock but it is the best mobo at its price.
If above is not available & you can't get it delivered from Mumbai by primeabgb then instead of spending 13-14k on an inferior X570 mobo it is better to buy this good B450 mobo which is quite good & maybe in future if you feel like it then get that asus one above.

Same is the case with above ram, Buy Online G.skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2x8GB) 3600 MHz DDR4 Memory F4-3600C18D-16GVK - in India
I don't know whether it is because of shutdown that Mumbai still has more stock because many importers of pc parts are located in Mumbai only.

R5 3600 needs a dGPU

Not sure how resource intensive stock trading apps are, but I think a 6 core CPU + 32GB RAM will more than suffice.

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 2600X - 12.6k

Mobo - Asrock B450 Pro4 ATX - 7k

RAM - 2x16GB DDR4 3000MHz - 12.4k

GPU - Zotac GTX 1660 - 16.8k

SSD - Your 480GB

HDD - WD/Seagate 1TB - 2.9k (if needed)

PSU - Corsair CX550 80+ Bronze - 4.5k

Cabinet - Corsair SPEC 05 or other mid-tower ATX - 2.9k

Monitor1 - LG 22MP68VQ - 8.3k

Monitor2 - LG 22MP68VQ - 8.3k

Total - 75.7k

Rig initially suggested by whitestar is surely superior, just add a GPU like GTX 1660. Planned to suggest a cheaper GPU but they support only 3 display outputs. IF you can find a RX580 4GB for 12k, get that, those support 4 display outputs, just check the available ports on the GPU.

You might have to buy a few HDMI to DP converters as that GPU has 3x DP & 1x HDMI. Buy a good wired Logitech KB mouse combo. Get a UPS as well IMO (APC 1100VA - 5.5k).

Yeah, somehow forgot about it while posting.

They are not that resource intensive, anything latest gen i5/ryzen 5 is more than enough. Same with graphics card(even a 1650 will suffice but just to be on safer side I suggested 1650 super now). As for ram I don't think 32gb will be required unless there are a lot of open chrome tabs(say 2-3 dozens or more) running in background. In any case one can always buy ram later if required.

I'm a full-time trader as well.

SSD is a must! - You won't regret I promise.
Also definitely more then 16gb ram if your using software for scanning ( note if ur using chartink or any browser type then 8gb is enough. but if in live market you want to scan and the market is volatile, 16gb will not be enough.)
Personally I got 3 screens, but I don't use more than 2.

1Tb ssd
1700X
32 gb 3000mz ram ( I had 16 last year, I upgraded, now everything running like butter )
1060 6 gb ( i play occasional cod, so if u dont gaming then downgrade to lower spec graphic card )

Never noticed that 1650 super supports 3 displays.

@SaiyanGoku any better suggestion to simultaneously run 4 monitors(assuming all lg 22mp68 models)?

If those had displayport then they could've been daisy chained together easily.
From whatever I read on 1650 super it seems that nothing can make this card support more than 3 monitors while cards like RX580 can support 4 monitors even without daisy chaining.

Thanks for your suggestions @whitestar_999 and @omega44-xt but isn't it 1650 super supports only 3 displays?
Yes, 1650 & 1650S have 3 display outputs. That's why I suggested GTX 1660 or if you can find RX580 for 12-13k or so, that will meet your requirements as well. GTX 1660 performs better than RX580 (in case you decide to play games sometime :p ) & consumes lesser power, so it's better to have over RX580 if RX580 costs 16k or so.

Thought so, that why picked 2600X + 32GB. I feel 16GB might feel less earlier compared to the performance of 2600X being felt as being not good enough.

Ram used actually also depends on type of trading apps used & it seems like some can use quite a bit of ram(as mentioned by @Xamanus above who actually uses such apps) so getting 32gb ram is indeed preferred for certain scenarios.
