Help needed with Medal Of Honor Pacific Assault

i have installed MoH PA on my pc.When try playing the game, a blank screen comes shows a windows error report and closes.My PC Config is as follows:

2.33 Mhz C2D
XFX 650i Ultra Mobo
XFX 8600 GT Grfx card
1 GB 667 Mhz RAM

btw is it a 2.33mhz or ghz c2d???
