Help needed to Buy New Graphics Card

I am planing to buy a new Graphics card
Budget is between 3k and 4k
which is the best buy
i would like to have one which supports Directx 9.0b or c fully
its for an AMD 2GHz processor

U can go for...
XFX or leadtek 256MB, 128bit geforce 6200 graphic card, which will be for 4K.

The card which u are talking about is TC version and PCIX card having onboard 64Mb and sharing upto 256MB.
All the XFX 6200 128/256/512MB AGP cards have 64 bit Memory Bus interface.

The Leadtek AGP version is difficult to find and costs about Rs 4500/-
