Help me choose between these four, 21.5 inches, all full HD, all below 10K

I'm going to buy a new monitor; I need an LED full HD display. I've zeroed down to these four:

Dell 21.5 inch LED - S2240L Monitor: Flipkart.com

Samsung 21.5 inch LED - S22B370H Monitor: Flipkart.com

Philips 21.5 inch LED - 222EL2SB/00 Monitor: Flipkart.com

Philips E-line 227E3QPHSU 21.5 inch LED Monitor: Flipkart.com

Which one should I take, and please give some reason for your answer. I don't much about displays.

Edit: I need a full HD LED monitor that is around 21 inches, it can be 20 or 22, doesn't matter. If a better one is available on another site, please do tell.

no idea about samsung & philips but all those i know here who bought dell S2240L are very happy with it.
