help me buy a new laptop

hi guys
i am in my 3rd year of IT engineering and i want to buy a laptop...mostly for educational purpose...which one should i buy?hows lenovo and dell?
budget is around 40k...

instead go for HP lappy, they are good too or Acer 4350 (though the build quality is not tat gr8 wen compared to DELL's or HP's)
