Help me Build Gaming pc (90k to 1 L)

hector00

Right off the assembly line
Firstly .. i have not ever assembled myself a gaming pc ever or do not have any idea beyond the gaming realm ,so i 'm sure i'll prove to be a daunting challenge and if not a hopeless lunatic. \ I'm sure this is pretty stupid but i just want to make sure i just want to build the computer excluding the monitor, mouse and so forth:-D

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

Ans. For playing all the latest games and the upcoming games of 2015 like GTa V, Batman (the new one ) in very high settings and just for benchmarking running skyrim in ultra if possible with tons of mods. Current gen games like Assasins Creed Unity and dragan age inquisition comes to mind

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too

Ans. 90k to 1 lakh although i can stir up a little around 1.10 L if necessary

3. Planning to overclock?

Ans. Sorry i don't have any idea wat this is but i'm intrigued

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?

ans. Windows 7 ( windows 8 if you guys recommend )

5. How much hard drive space is needed?

ans. 1 tb will do i store most of my backups in my external disks

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.

ans. No , and I'm sorry but i don't really understand the question about the size of the monitor its a 1920 x 1080 monitor i'm pretty sure tho i mostly use my laptop this days

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?

ans.I just want the computer excluding mouse, monitor and so forth i have all those

8. When are you planning to buy the system?

ans First week or second week january of 2015

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?

Ans:No i haven't it'll be done by an assembler

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?

Ans.I'm from Dimapur, Nagaland i think you'll have to google it we're an integral part of India too :-D and i can order stuffs online or the Dealer here can order through his clients or if not i'm planning on going down to Bangalore but that'll be by last week of january.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?

Ans. I might delay in replying to you back sorry for that but with Christmas and the impending new year i'm pretty soaked up and i like to wish all of you at the forum Hohohooho! Merry Christmas !!!:-D

Single card setup is always better than SLI because many stuttering issues might arise while gaming.

cool enough if he wont overclock but 2x970 > 980. hell 970>980 in VFM. no sense for getting 980. once again 250GB SSD is unncessary also that is not a gaming bundle(i have it) its just a keyboard with backlight ;)

All is good and well but do add a logitech hyperian fury g402 -2.2k it'll serve him good, and I agree 2x970>>1x980 but SLI wilk require him a z97 board (?) and if he has to, he can buy a120 GB ssd
