hardware upgrade

i have a old celeron 400mhz,66mhz fsb,32 mb sdram,sis 530 onboard graphics,agp 1x,2x,samsung HDD 80GB,ISA slot,please suggest any upgrades so i t can be able to play some games,since i am from low income family i cant afford a new pc,my budget is 4000-6000 rupees.

1)AMD Sempron 2500+ 64Bit - Rs 2600
2)Biostar T 6100 Motherboard - Rs 3000 (onboard geforce 6100)
3)Hynix 256MB 400Mhz RAM - 1000

The above is a really good suggestion but i would suggest you go for a 512Mb hynix , since you want to play games 512 Mb is absolute neccessity...Any ways you should get around 1.5-2k if you sell your old system
