my relatives are returning from usa so i was thinking of buying nexus7,Corsair Neutron GTX 240GB and a graphics card if possible ,so i was asking does corsair provide international property and i know no company provides international warranty on graphic cards instead of evga which provides very bad service so should i buy even then because there is a good rate difference between usa and india in graphic cards and does service centres provides service to fauly cards even if they are not in warranty for extra charge

they do not provide, but may approve the RMA in case product is sold in India. You need to talk to Corsair service center folks , drop them a mail

i called tirupati enterprises & aditya infotech for corsair warranty services tirupati said that warranty is not valid on products bought from usa but aditya infotech said that its valid and i asked rashi peripherals for asus products and they said its valid if the product is also sold in india so should i buy corsair neutron gtx 240gb and asus gtx670 from usa

Ask Aditya infotech again, and confirm. Better option is to ask keizen directly. I don't think you will get any warranty.
But as you are buying from USA, then why Corsair neutron GTX? There are many other options better than this.

M4, Vertex 4, Samsung 830 series are better than neuton gtx from Corsair. (I'm talking about reliability & new controller issue here. Nobody knows how reliable new controller is)
Specially look at Samsung 830 series SSDs.

Only a few reviews are out and most importantly, LM87800 controller is very new. Think about it before buying. I'm not saying that it is bad, and it isn't. Performence, warranty wise it is one of the best, But nobody have any idea about the reliability.

Yeah. But cross check about the terms of international warranty so that you don't have to face any problem during any future RMA.
