1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Primary purpose:Web/App development,computer vision/image processing/deep learning, Secondary purpose is gaming and watching movies.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:75k allocated for the Cpu Parts(processor+mobo+GPU+ram+SSD+PSU)

i am using (core i3 + amd hd 7770 gpu) since 2013 and it can still handle games at low settings.
