For ur budget u can get a Dell Xps 15 with Core i7 and 2 GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GT435M Graphics.
The NVIDIA GT435M is a mid end graphics and u can able to play all recently realeased game on mid-low settings.
For High end graphics u must get MSI GX660 with core i7 and 1 GB ATI RADEON HD 5870 which is a High end graphics and u can play all game at high defination but this laptop not available in indian and the price of the laptop upto 1lak.
Mostly in india u cant get laptop with high end graphics .for this u can buy from foren country and my best suggetion is u should buy a Dell xps 15 or for high end graphics u should buy desktop with 5850 graphics card.its fit ur budget.

The HD 5730 should handle all recent games at medium-high settings.
Great gaming laptops are scarce in India. Even if available, it is much costlier.
