graphics card UPGRADE[AGP] which card?

i have MSI P4MAM2-V motherboard with 32mb onboard memory,i want to play san andreas and midnight club 2[not running on my card] and so i want to buy a new card.
i have celeron D 2.4GHz
1GB RAM
40+60GB HDD[IDE]
CD ROM

i dont want my PC future proof.

i dont know anything about graphics card so please take care of compatibility
in my motherboard's manual:2X/4X slot 32-bit 66MHz channel for graphics card is written.[AGP]
please suggest a compatible card for this motherboard and I AM NOT GOING TO BUY A NEW CPU OR MOTHERBOARD.

i found these cards on net please tell about these as well as your choice[i am not a hard core gamer and i dont need extreme graphics,i only want to play theose old games on low settings:i dont care these low or high settings]

buying an AGP card will be costly affair ..i can tell u this .....

also since u have only an AGP 4x slot u will be utilizing approximately only half of the potential of any card u buy ....

moreover i suggest u to look for availablity of the card at ur place ..rather than from tigerdirect ...which can be most important deciding factor ....

also u did not mention ur budget ... and u did not mention what resolution u are going to play games ...
