graphics card needed

my friend uses HP dx2255 desktop. He wants to buy a new graphic card. His budjet is strictly Rs2000/-. He wants to go for ATI. It's mainly for gaming. Just to run every latest games in low resolution.

What is your present on-board GPU ??? No offense but your budget seems too low for the upgrade..

At-least one should eye for a 8600 altough these days its pretty hard to find 8600 but still its around Rs. 3k..

Within 2k I dont know whether thr is ny card.

Ya u can get 9400GT for 2.5k. Dunno about ATI.

franky speaking, some reason, Kolkata Hardware vendors are shy on stocking ATi cards, hence its pretty hard stay uptodate with street prices of ATi cards.. []
