Graphics card for AMD sempron based PC

I am having AMD Sempron 145 + Gigabyte 78LMT-S2PT + Trancend 2GB DDR 1333+500 GB WD HDD+ Dell E1914H monitor running Windows xp 64 bit sp1. Please suggest a graphics card best suited for my motherboard+Processor combination. It should preferably be below Rs. 3000/- @ kolkata.
