GPU NO Output N OFF center

hello,my gtx650ti boost 2gb is reacting strange.i have a 450w antec vp450p psu,My Gpu looks fine(fan running) but Video is coming from mobo vga cable and device manager dosent detect it. reseating dosent work also tried drivers and other stuff, cables are okay. i need help Pls!

and also yet on VGA my tv shows 1360x768 resolution which is Right but with gpu it shows 1920x1080 with corners off centered and colors overbright setting it to 1360 dosent work ither

first off all , you could be little more clearer.
secondly, if your monitor provides any switch to rollback default settings, then try applying it.

Neverymind,faulty PSU and using 2nd monitor to download samsung drivers.wormed fine thnks btw
