Google chrome disconnecting internet

Whenever I open google chrome my system stops pinging the server. Closing it starts to ping the server immediately(Like manually detaching the CAT5 cable from the network adapter!). No problems with other browsers. Help.

Are you using some VPN extension?

No. Installed older chrome versions those are running ok.

Then perhaps malware is to blame. Have you tried scanning your machine for viruses/malware?

Just formatted the system and installed it. Checked using JIO, its running alright! But through our ISP its not running.
