Good camera , good music Android Under 20K : Kindly suggest

2. Display type and size? 5"
3. Dual sim? DUAL SIM is a must
4. Preferred choice of brand? HTC, SONY , SAMSUNG, NO Chinese please
5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)? IT should have Awesome Camera with superb Picture quality
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc). ANDROID
7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready). 4G is a must
8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)? MULTIMEDIA , CAMERA , Good Voice call clarity
9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration? Don't know yet
10. Any other info that you want to share ::: GOOD CAMERA , GOOD MUSIC , Good Voice call clarity, DUAL SIM - these are a must? And Don't suggest any Chinese stuff.

Yes there are good options in the likes of Sony Xperia Z1,Xperia M5 @25K
But at that point of the budget you may will stuck on the android lollipop with these companies.
If you're gonna buy Moto x play than please research lil bit on the SD 615 chipset, as it tends to overheating and , it has got a bad reputation of the overheating.
One more thing out of the topic Motorola does provides the 'adoptable storage' feature in the marshmallow update which other companies doesn't provide.By this feature you can use your sd card as internal storage good for someone who use alot of apps and games in their device.

That is a Android M feature so all phones with Android M have it.

You are not going to get any good phone from tier one brands so you need to compromise.

You have 2 options either get a dumb phone from tier 1 brands or get yourself value for money Chinese phone. choice is yours.
