here's what I'll be doing to reply your query....search for Gigabyte's website on Google. Then open product pages for the above motherboards, have a look at the specifications and note down the differences. Then post here.

880GM-USB3 is pretty much 880GM-D2H, but it has USB 3.0 ports.
And 880G-USB3 has an additional PCIe X16 slot running at X4 speed. You can X16-X4 crossfire with it.
