gfx card problem

Right off the assembly line
i have these specs:-
i have following specs:-
Mainboard : Gigabyte 945GCM-S2L
Processor : Intel Pentium E2160 @ 1800 MHz
Physical Memory : 1024 MB (1 x 1024 DDR2-SDRAM )
Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
Hard Disk : Hitachi (160 GB)
Monitor Type : HCM7LWAT21 - 17 inches
Operating System : Windows 7 Ultimate Professional 6.01.7600
psu cooler master extreme 460w
will my gts 250 eco not perform better bcoz of my bad specs as i only get 23 fps in crysi at 1024*768 resolution and medium settings

your psu might be a culprit

that extreme power series sucks big time

What The.... !!!
no the psu is alright
the cm xtreme 460 is the only good one in the whole extreme series
had his psu been the culprit,
he wouldn't have been even have been able to start his pc
let alone gaming
but the measly processor and ram are even bigger culprits
