Gaming rig for under Rs. 45000.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

i currently own sapphire r9 270x dual x 2gb version.. And i am struggling in new games at max settings also i have a very old cpu i3-540 that and some bad optimized games. hold off the gpu purchase and get the other parts assembled, you want to wait for gtx 960 some sources are saying that it will retail at 16k to 18k.

Then I think I should wait for gtx 960,btw what is the street price of gtx 970.
Also if I go for 2gb GPU,would it suffice for future.Based on that which one would you recommend?

Street price of 970 is around 26.5k..... For future it is better to have 3GB/4GB GPU because the games are getting more n more demanding...
