1. What is the purpose of the computer? What applications and games are you going to run? (Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.' Vague answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work.)
Ans: Will be playing games. One game I can name is Ghost Recon Breakpoint. I will also be using software like Unreal, Unity and Maya.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then please mention it.
Ans: 60-80k. I am open to extending.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Nope.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: I'll dual boot with Fedora.

5. How much hard drive / solid-state drive space is needed?
Ans: I'll start with 500GB. Will add later if needed.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention the screen size and resolution you prefer. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, then do mention the screen size and resolution of the monitor you have.
Ans: Full HD is enough for me. 22inch will work.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy? i.e. which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Not applicable.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Within 2-3 months.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before? Or, will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I can assemble myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I am in Kharadi, Pune area. I plan to buy online.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: 1. My current CPU (AMD FX 8320) overheats and shuts down on CPU intensive task (eg. rendering, compiling, creating archive). I have to manually limit the execution cap from power options. Please don't suggest something along those lines.
2. I want my cabinet as portable as possible. Lightweight material and small size would be preferred.

SFF builds are expensive in India & lacks options, although you can go with a micro-ATX cabinet instead of standard ATX ones.

CPU - Intel i5 10400 - 15.6k

Mobo - MSI B460M Pro VDH WiFi - 10.3k

RAM - 2x8GB DDR4 2666MHz - 6k*

GPU - Zotac GTX 1660 Super Twin Fan - 20k**

M.2 SSD - Kingston A2000/WD SN550 1TB - 10k

PSU - Corsair CX550 - 5k

Cabinet - CM MB311L ARGB - 5.6k

Monitor - LG 24MP59G 24" 1080p 75Hz Freesync IPS - 9k***

Total - 81.5k

*Don't go below 2666, can go above if cheaper but will run at 2666MHz
** Register within 30 days of purchase to extend the warranty to 5 years
*** Use DP cable to use g-sync, helps improve the experience

Check primeabgb, mdcomputers, theitdepot, vedant computers, onlyssd (online stores) for PC parts at a good price.

If you can buy after 2-3 months, we might get R5 5600 & maybe successors of GTX 1660S & RX 5500XT. Not recommended R5 3600 because its overpriced & even R3 3300X is priced close to that i5 which is superior.

Cabinets & gaming PCs are not portable enough, that's why I use a gaming laptop. Acer Helios 300 (2020) was 1 lakh during last sale & had similar performance to the above suggested rig with a better quality display & much better portability but was more expensive & lacks upgradability compared to a desktop.

Sadly no, but RTX 3050, 3050Ti & 3060 are expected this month. My expected prices would be 15-17k, 20-22k & 28-30k or so respectively. R5 5600 might launch as well, but likely will be priced at 22k. Rumours say RTX 3050 might perform similar to RTX 2060, 3050Ti might be like the 2060S & 3060 like 2070S.
