Gaming PC under 60k!!!

Hi guys, I've decided that instead of buying a laptop, I'll buy a gaming pc. All I need is the CPU, nothing else. no speakers, no keyboard, etc,etc. My budget is around 50-60k. An attractive cabinet is preferred(with all those glowing lights) with transparent panels. Also I don't need a DVD drive. I'll be buying it from a local store in Mumbai. I also don't need any OS. This pc will be used for 4-5 years.

Please suggest two configurations:
One with a Full HD monitor

One with only CPU as I mentioned above.
