1 lakh. Cab be stretched 10-15 thousand more if good option

What will be your primary usage for the notebook be?

Gaming, watching movies mostly.

lots of connecting ports( usb 3.0 and older versions), good audio quality and heat dissipation.

If you are willing to get an external monitor, new HP Omen with R5 4600H, GTX 1660Ti, 8GB RAM & 512GB SSD costs 86k, great choice, just has a bad 60Hz display for the price. So get an ext monitor, like Acer VG240YP for under 15k, add another 8GB RAM stick & 1TB M.2 SSD, will make for a great gaming setup for under 1.2 lakhs.

Say, if you carry around your laptop when needed but mostly stay at home, ext monitor isn't a bad deal. I bought one recently for my laptop. It will surely be a pain if you change cities.

Otherwise, look for deal on Acer Predator Helios 300 (2019) with i7 9750H, 16GB, 1660Ti & 144Hz display. Sales coming up on both FK & amazon.
