Hi. I would like to know which of the two motherboards by Gigabyte is better? GA-P55M-UD2 or GA-P55-US3L? I had a look at their specifications and I can't really spot the difference.

they are very different, size different, one is mATX & other is ATX, one supports 7.1 channel other supports less, one has firewire other doesn't, etc!
whats your main usage, budget & your current config?

What's the price difference between the two? I am going to purchase a new system based on an Intel Core i5 750 with 2x2 GB DDR3 1333 MHz RAM. My primary usage is going to be programming and development (I use some demanding applications), movies and occasional gaming. I am not sure which of the two are going to suit me better.

Edit: You say they both are very understand. Is there anyway to assess which one is better than the other?

My total budget is 50k and I want to stick to Intel. I searched on Google and the price seems to be almost same so this worsens the dilemma.

i know more about AMD than intel in under 60K budget. i would recommend you go for AMD setup as it'll give you more value for money than intel in this budget!
wait for other members to reply for an intel setup.
