[Praise] FlipKart replacing phone within 16hrs

Ordered samsung galaxy grand from flipkart on 21st Jan at pre-order. Received the phone on 2nd Feb afternoon. But the phone was defective as the earpiece was not working. Called them on 4th noon. They told to do some troubleshooting & revert back in 24hrs. Informed them on 5th noon that the troubleshooting didn't resolve issue. On 6th 11am they replaced the phone.
