At this point, Nokia is not challenging any brand, neither Apple nor Samsung. Nokia is targeting Entry-Level market first. And they will make Android smartphones only for the budget smartphone users, while Apple and Samsung, both make high-end smartphones, people who can buy premium devices ($500-$800). But Chinese smartphone players like Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo and Huawei might become a threat for Nokia.
