Experiencing crashes with Zotac 3060 ti

My zotac 3060 ti which is around 3 years old,has been crashing when the gpu temps go above 80 degrees C. I observed this recently while playing a UE5 based title which caused the gpu temp to spike during gameplay. As soon as the temp rose to around 82 C the system crashed with a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.

I was able to replicate the situation by stress testing the system using FURMARK for a few mins-this time the display blanked out when the gpu reached ~83 C ,which required me to hard reset the pc to get it working again. I ran furmark twice and got the same result.

When running routine tasks,no problems occur-however issues begin to crop up when the gpu temps hit 80 C or more.

Is my GPU about to die? Should i submit it for RMA? Can any other malfunctioning pc component cause this issue(instead of the gpu) ?

I tried reverting to an older driver but that didn't' solve the problem. Please advise what needs to be done now.

System specs:

CPU: 12400F
PSU: Corsair RMe 750
RAM : 32 GB DDR5
MOBO: Gigabyte B760m ds3h with F21 bios
Win 11 pro

A few suggestions which are in general quite basic but you can give it a try.
1. Try cleaning the GPU fan and other parts (use IPA cleaner or any other soft brush etc) and see if there's any dust accumulation
2. Re-seat all parts.
3. Check if there's any BIOS update available for board. However update only if it is relevant. If it just says minor security updates then ignore.
4. See if there's any similar tool under Linux and see if you can run it under Live linux external boot.
5. Try clean-boot approach and check again.
6. While does not seem relevant but just run 1- 2 passes of Memtest on RAM
7. Clean install of Windows.

Since you are able to replicate the issue by stress testing GPU to > 80C, check if RMA is possible.
